Are you wanting to get a job? What are you interested in pursuing? Being on disability means you are unable to work. You need to stop being so negative Girl. I mean, they either weren't around at all or they weren't part of the normal classes, they were one's that you could pick as an elective course. That make sense? I'm like you too about English and bad at Math, the people that love math make it sound SO easy LOL to me? it's like trying to find my way out of a maze. Other than addition, subtraction, multiples, division and a bit of fractions I have had NO use for anything more than that... jeez.
I hope you get it all figured out and I wish you all the best Diama...and it's great that you have the incentive to make something of yourself. Wish I had done the same thing. Just make a list of what you need and start ordering it or working on it and you'll get it all done

look into getting a tutor to help with the math; the high school (no joke) might have some student kid who wants to earn some extra money and will help you with what you need to learn; I'd be the same after so many years

don't let these little things stop you; YOU HAVE GREAT POTENTIAL AND WILL MAKE A GREAT VET ASSISTANT; so keep on track!!!!

bettybettyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06323135450742337670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-593416386509375038.post-5922375036642524362009-01-23T19:52:00.000-05:002009-01-23T19:52:00.000-05:00Good luck with everything and I wish you the best ...Good luck with everything and I wish you the best in your life.ADM DESIGN'Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18351208679744637460noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-593416386509375038.post-66718963512822000702009-01-23T17:06:00.000-05:002009-01-23T17:06:00.000-05:00Okay, just take a deep breath! Most schools start on Monday for the spring semester. You're not ready yet, so if it's thats close, you won't be able to start.

Yes, you must first file your FAFSA. After that comes back, then you will be able to file for financial aid.

You may not be able to start school until September, but don't get discourged.

The placement tests are pretty easy. Don't sweat over the math. If you do poorly, they'll start you at the math level you tested at.

After your placement tests, you need to meet with an advisor. She or he will help you register for your classes.

There are hundreds of scholorships out there for people of all ages. The school adivisor would be able to help you with that also.

Apply for a copy of your birth certificate on line. Kevin just did that last month. I think it was $12 for a copy and he had it within 3 mailing days. It was really quick.

Don't get discourged with the school process. You can do this!!Missiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16602020006220886071noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-593416386509375038.post-91816214635008597562009-01-23T15:43:00.000-05:002009-01-23T15:43:00.000-05:00All the times I felt like giving up were the times...All the times I felt like giving up were the times I looked back on and thought "Damn, I'm glad I didn't give up."
